| Q. |
Why do you accept private cargo while other express service operators usually don't? |
| A: |
In almost every country in the world, there are two categories of customs entries:
Baggage Entry for items of personal use.
Business Entry for items being bought or sold.
Normally, express service operators do not handle private cargo as almost all of the items they handle are cleared in business entries. On the other hand, removal specialists normally do not offer express services as these are deemed to be unsuitable for the household and removal items they handle.
However, in point of fact, small volumes of private cargo can be handled most effectively when they are forwarded through express service and cleared in baggage entries. This is the service we are now offering you.
