TOKYO — MOL Logistics (Japan) Co., Ltd. (President: Toshifumi Kato) today announced that the company is the Japan’s first freight forwarder to be named an Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) for International Transport Business.
MOL Logistics (Japan) received its authorization from the Director General of the Tokyo Customs Service Headquarters on December 21.

MOL Logistics (Japan) takes great pride in its efforts to establish a security system to prevent illegal access to cargo and a program to ensure compliance with logistics-related laws such as the Customs Act, Indirect Carrier Act and other general laws and regulations as required to earn approval as an AEO forwarder.
MOL Logistics (Japan) works to continually improve the security of international cargo and enhance its compliance program to ensure secure supply chain management for its clients, striving to be a partner that offers high-quality logistics services and strict compliance with laws and regulations.
