MOL Logistics (H.K.) integrates two other MOL logistic affiliates in Hong Kong

TOKYO - MOL Logistics (Japan) Co., Ltd. (MLG Japan, President: Tadashi Ogiwara) today announced that its subsidiary in Hong Kong, MOL Logistics (H.K.) Ltd. formerly known as M.O. Air International (H.K.) Ltd. and renamed as of December 1, 2001, is scheduled to be integrated on January 1, 2002. with two other logistic outfits in Mitsui O.S.K. Lines Co., Ltd.(MOL) group. They are Hong Kong Logistics Co., Ltd. and Japan Express (H.K.) Ltd., specializing in warehouse operation/ocean freight forwarding and ocean freight forwarding/international household removals respectively. The intended integration is aimed to launch a total logistics solution provider capable of meeting the wide variety of logistic requirements from the customers and to play a key role in enhancing the upgraded total services in the areas of Hong Kong and South China.

M.O. Air System to Be Renamed MOL Logistics (Japan) Ltd.
Company will serve as a core of MOL worldwide logistics operations

M.O.Air System, Inc. (MOA / Head office Tokyo, President Tadashi Ogiwara) today announced plan for a new company name - MOL Logistics (Japan) Co., Ltd. - The name change, which takes effect on October 1, is intended to strengthen the Corporate brand and enhance identification on its world-wide network.

MOA, as Total Logistics Provider, is expanding its business all over the world by its worldwide network.
Also group of Mitsui O.S.K. Lines. In this respect, MOA is expected to play a key role in the group logistics network.
At this stage, in order to identify network of MOA more clearly, MOA decide to rename including -MOL Logistics- as Corporate brand which shall be symbolic used for world-wide group logistics network.

in Malaysia, the Philippines, and Australia

 M.O. Air System Inc., Japan, is pleased to announce that its Philippine and Australian subsidiaries will be newly established based on its Representative offices effective from April 02, 2001, under the name of "MOL Logistics". 

Prior to these new subsidiaries, its Malaysian subsidiary, M.O. Air International (Malaysia) Sdn Ltd. has changed its name to MOL Logistics (Malaysia) Sdn Ltd since March 05, 2001.

New cargo tracking service is now ready

 

M. O. Air system Inc., Japan is pleased to announce that our new cargo tracking service will be launched and opened to the public on the Website effective April 9, 2001.
As long as you have P/C, which can get access to the Internet, you can track your shipping milestones. Our seeking goal is to serve not only cargo tracking information but also value added information, which can help your customer's supply chain solution. Such new
additional function will be released shortly.  To meet your expectation, our new challenge has just begun.
